"The location of this apartment is great and has everything you require for your stay. But as mentioned it has a very tight staircase between all floors and is not suitable for bigger people or mobility issues!! That said it is super cute with lots of character! You also have to know there is a lot of stairs in town and they are not even so can be an issue too. "

"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."

"Pros: centrally located in the heart of Vernazza along the trail to Corniglia, comfortable for six people, awesome terrace, charming entrance, washer, Paolo was very friendly at check in. Cons: no dryer like the listing says (but you can hang clothes outside), lots of stairs (fine for us but would be difficult for the elderly or disabled), noisy with train and church bells, no communication about checkout.Overall a fantastic place--highly recommended! "

"Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. It’s relatively small, one on-site restaurant with excellent food (and many choices in town), nice pool and spa, very relaxing. We took the train to explore cinque terre (7 mins to Monterosso), but were glad to have a nice quiet hotel to return to at the end of the day. Highly recommended."
