"We had a wonderful stay at DDO Relais, Pinato and her husband home. They were very welcoming and their house was stylishly designed, lovely large cool rooms, gorgeous spa and pool area. Excellent spread of sweet pastries at breakfast. "

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short. Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean. "

"Martina Franca is an excellent choice as a base for visiting the key cities in Puglia. Trulli d'Autore is a great B&B just outside the city - clean, private, friendly hosts. It has parking as you will need a car to explore and a pool if you just want to relax at the B&B. Dont think you will find a better option."

"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"It’s located a few kilometres away from Massafra city centre. As we had a rental car with us, it was very easy for us to get there. The area is very quiet and safe. The property has several types of room. This b & b seems to be quite open for a couple and family. We stayed in the double room. It’s very spacious and clean. The wifi was very weak. The connection keeps getting cut off. "

"The place is a bit difficult to find but once you do it is great. The room is as described - clean bright and airy. The bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is probably the best and largest we have had in over 30 trips to Italy. The host suggested La Tavernetta restaurant in Martina Franca and it was outstanding."

"Beautiful villa. Receptionist brilliant showed us where to buy a beer locally and booked us a table at the nicest restaurant only a stroll a long the sea front. Great breakfast. Wifi in annex rooms no great but who needs wifi when you are asleep?"

"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . Could nt use the tv, depleted battery controller. I was greeted by a handsome young man who can speak English "

"Beautiful Trulli and southern puia experience"

"We spent too nights at Elisabetta's villa and it wasn't long enough! We loved the pool area and used the barbeque and outdoor seating one evening. Elisabetta was very helpful in advice on where to shop, eat and explore. We spent one evening in Martina Franco in the old square for dinner which was worth a visit, with great food and a buzzy atmosphere. The kids(23 and 21) slept in the twin bedded room and just fit into the beds, but my son is 6ft 3 so worth mentioning as the photo makes them look...

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Giulia - so peaceful and idyllic, beautiful countryside setting with the most stunning pool and garden. Plenty of space inside and equipped with everything we could need. Only a short drive from the lovely town of Ceglie Messapica and lots of other beautiful places to explore nearby. Check in/out was super easy, we had a lovely warm welcome and a local contact on hand throughout our stay who was super friendly and helpful :) Overall a lovely holiday and would...
