"A estadia correu bem, sem sobressaltos, dentro do esperado. O inconveniente que ocorreu gerou-se a partir do exterior. O barulho do cortejo das festas Gualterianas (aqueles tambores...) não deixava ninguém dormir enquanto durou, mas foi igualmente uma agradável surpresa ter uma noção da natureza destas festas. Nada mais a assinalar. "

"First stay in a hostel and it beat expectations. Had private washrooms and shared kitchen. Other residents were great. in that they made room in the fridge for some of our stuff and were nice and pleasant to a couple of old travelers. Safe and Clean, Perfect for passing through"

"Loved the pool, very nice hosts, great breakfast, room was nice, however the description of amenities is not accurate - there was not air conditioning in the room, or is there a restaurant or pool side bar, which left us stuck for lunch when enjoying the pool. We booked a rook with river view but did not receive it. That all being said we did enjoy the place - but just beware or what is not accurate "

"We had an excellent stay here for 3 nights in February. The room, indoor pool, and restaurant were excellent. In particular, the restaurant menu was extensive and reasonably priced, making the decision to eat at the resort easy. "

"Agradável , uma boa vista sobre o rio . Só uma coisa a apontar , fomos no Inverno em que foi necessário ligar o aquecedor . Ao ligar o aquecedor no máximo de energia, ficávamos às escuras. Notou-se que era um problema do consumo de energia da habitação . Causava um impacto tão grande na rede elétrica da cabana que chegava a provocar queda de energia. "

"For me it was a terrible experience, they didn't change the bath towels, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, there was no soap for bathing, in short, I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it, terrible accommodation"

"We stayed at Casa da Benfeitoria 7 nights and really had a great experience. The apartment is nicely restored and very comfortable and the garden is marvellous. our host made a great effort and nothing was missing for us to enjoy our stay. "

"It was a Big surprise when we pulled up in front of the property! This was a 17th Century “Casa” which is still owned by the members of the founding family. It was like entering a museum. There were original portraits of the family going back 4-5?generations. Original furniture. The hostess was very kind and the breakfasts were delicious with fruit, cheese, meat, fresh fruit, local artisan baked goods 2 kinds of juice , coffee and teas. Could not have asked for more! Would highly recommend this...

"Beautiful property in an ancient building what’s the hospital section of the church that’s right next-door there’s a pharmacy. Also attached to the church on the other side so that’s convenient. Dead center to all the restaurants and beautiful churches. Breakfast service was amazing. Only caveat is they have a policy where the servers have to pour your coffee when you have a sudden influx of 20 people in the servers are busy supplying the food stations. It’s very frustrating. They really need to trust the people can pour their own coffee. Overall, Staff was amazing. Beds were comfortable showerhead plenty of heat and good water pressure. I would stay again."
