We stayed here for 10 days we had excellent communication with the owner. Check in was super easy . The house is amazng ver spacous 5 minute walk to the station, taking u direct into koblenz, a clean, tidy and quiet area. The house is fully equipped. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again

Die Erwartungen an die FW wurden erfüllt. Ein Manko war die fehlende Dusche.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Das Bad dagegen ist nich gut gelöst. Es ist sehr eng beim Duschen und man muss in und aus der Badewanne steigen was sehr rutschig war. Außerdem war alles ringsrum nass nach dem Duschen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung modern eingerichtet und auch in der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Vieleicht sollte man über Fliegengitter nachdenken da wir eine sehr heiße Zeit erwischt hatten und die Fenster auf Grund von Ungeziefer nicht öffnen konnten Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch glatt wieder kommen Ansonsten sehr schön

Die Wohnung in Fachbach ist sehr nahe gelegen (3,4km) zu dem schönen Kurort Bad Ems. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, DM) sind mit dem Auto in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Check-in und Check-out verlief problemlos über ein Schlüsselkästchen mit Zugangscode. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibungslos und freundlich per Mail. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben als Familie mit 4 Personen dort 5 Tage verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn es uns in den nächsten Jahren nochmal in das schöne Lahntal verschlagen sollte, würden wir diese Wohnung definitiv nochmal buchen.

Een mooi ingericht appartement met alle voorzieningen die je maar nodig kunt hebben. Contact met eigenaar is zeer prettig. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug
