"Never use Expedia. The hotel was probably fine...I wouldn't know.
I made a mistake while booking this room...the date was wrong. I do maintain that the website reverted to a date I had entered previously, but thought I had successfully changed.
When I called to ask for the right date, Expedia dismissed me as though they had NO responsibility to help me.
I will forever warn people against Expedia!"
"We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia.
Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made."
