Although the hotel is located outside of District 1, that was not a problem for me and my family as the transportation (Ride App) is very convenient and you also get to come home to a nice hotel after a long day in Central Saigon! But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.
