"I had an excellent experience at Nobu. I felt almost at home. It was a perfect location because I was visiting family who lived near by. This hotel is also near a lot different forms of transportation. The staff were wonderful. The internet and tv was perfect. I was able to use my own Netflix app."

"The rooms and rooftop are great, and the location is perfect if you are attending an event at the nearby conference center. However, you should stay away if you expect professional service. The staff is clueless and rude. They were disrespectful to my wife during check-in and proved their incompetence by failing to settle a simple bill at checkout. It is a very pretty hotel in a convenient spot, but the total lack of basic hospitality and staff professionalism makes it a place to avoid."

"A lovely hotel with great amenities. Beautiful pool area and really nice third floor lounge and restaurant. Staff was great and so accommodating. Room was really nice as well. Location was also good. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Location minutes from the L1 and L5 metro makes it so convenient to get anywhere in Barcelona. Room was clean and as expected. Couldn't adjust the temp on the AC, but the nights were cool enough that I opened the window in bathroom which kept me cool at night (usual city noise outside, not overly busy traffic at night). Front desk always had someone staffed and they were always helpful and pleasant. Would stay again if I was in Barcelona."

"The area is very quiet, next to a mall. The 2 man at the front desk were not that friendly, we asked for a taxi and they never helped, They were like, take the one at the street. Cleaning could be better. Pedro at service was very kind and always attentive. That’s the best thing the hotel has."
