Discover authentic Provence in an industrial and deco spirit! 5 km from Saint Rémy de Provence and 13 km from Avignon, in a 17th century Provençal farmhouse, Le Moulin du Val, with private heated swimming pool and 2 bikes available! You will stay in a loft of industrial style, air-conditioned, with bricks and stone walls, real cocoon of 38 sqm for holidays with your partner or with your child up to 3 years.

For your comfort, everything is included in the price of our rental, classified 4 *: cleaning at the end of the stay, sheets, bed made on arrival, linens including pool towels, funds from organic cooking, pods for coffee and tea, bottles of mineral water, toilet paper, tablets for the dishwasher, liquid hand soap, laundry for the washing machine, free Wi-Fi Fi free and the loan of 2 bicycles.

The loft is air conditioned, the air conditioning is reversible (hot / cold). It is extended by a terrace of 10 m² and you will have a large private garden of 1000 m² with a small pond. The pool area is also private and it is secluded and hidden in the greenery.

You will be our only guests.

The Moulin du Val is located in the countryside on a park of 2,500 m² fully enclosed, 1.6 km from the village of Eyragues. We also live in a separate dwelling and we have two cats. Squirrels, sparrows, blackbirds, turtledoves, owls, chickens, sheep and summer, the songs of the cicadas will be the rhythm of your day.

Le Moulin du Val is an old mill that produces olive oil and flour and is now classified as industrial heritage.

For your child: we provide a complete baby kit (from bed to baby phone) and the pool is completely closed for its safety and can be heated to 30 ° as needed.

Eyragues is a small village proud of its Provencal traditions located 5 km from St Remy de Provence, 13 km from Avignon, 10 km from Les Baux de Provence and 39 km from the Camargue.

The sea is only 1 hour drive with sandy beaches at Saintes Maries de la Mer.

During the summer season, you can enjoy a rich cultural offer with the festivals of Avignon, Orange, Lacoste, Arles and Nîmes and also many festivities organized in nearby towns and villages.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft. In dem großen wunderbaren Garten mit Teich/Hängematte/Grillplatz und Pool und die Ruhe konnten wir uns so richtig erholen. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Saint Remy d.P., Arles, Avignon oder Nimes auch in die Orte der Alpilles oder in die Camargue. Sehr zu empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Dès notre arrivée, le portail s'ouvre sur un cocon de verdure, on s'y sent déjà bien!! Le loft est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, fonctionnel et très propre. À l'extérieur, de petits espaces sont aménagés pour se poser, lire, manger... La petite piscine couverte et chauffée est un plus très appréciable !Christine et Jean-Marc sont très sympathiques et discrets. La vie est belle au Moulin du Val

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Jean-Marc und Christine. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, was sich sowohl in der Gestaltung des Lofts sowie in der Bereitstellung vieler Annehmlichkeiten zeigt, die für einen Start in den Urlaub und seinen weiteren Verlauf unabdingbar sind, bspw. Kaffee, Wasser, Müllbeutel. Der Garten ist herrlich und bietet verschiedene Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten, so dass man - je nach Gusto - der Sonne oder dem Schatten nachziehen kann.Der Pool ist sicherlich ein weiteres Plus und erleichtert die Entscheidung, mal keinen Ausflug zu machen. ; )

Petit paradis Provençale

Really lovely place. The apartment ist small, but extremely well equipped and remarkably clean. The size of the room doesn't matter, though, as you have access to a large garden with various occasions to sit and lounge in the sun and in the shade. The pool also helps to stand the heat Provençale. Jean-Marc and his wife have been lovely hosts, very keen to make sure everything works well and that we were passing a good stay. We hope to come back one day.

Un séjour au paradis

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la propriété de Christine et Jean-Marc, tout y est, le confort, la propreté, la beauté du loft. L'aménagement, le jardin avec sa piscine, sa mare et ses poissons rouges, les beaux arbres, ses deux petites terrasses, sa petite cabane et l'attention des propriétaires à nos besoins et demandes ont contribué à nous sentir vraiment très bien. Jean Marc nous a même proposé une balade à vélo électrique pour découvrir les Alpilles c'était tout juste parfait. Un vrai coin de paradis.

Séjour ensoleillé dans un très bel endroit

Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli dans une location ravissante, parfaitement aménagée et dans un jardin magnifique... La piscine était parfaite pour nos fins d'après-midi, apres de très belles balades dans ce coin prolixe en découvertes culturelles et architecturales.

Jour d’arrivé ,très bon contact avec les propriétaires visite des lieux, magnifique, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer d’excellentes vacances, piscine rien que pour nous ,a proximité de plein d’endroits à découvrir, de bon restaurants aux alentours etc... Et des propriétaires très sympa et très discret, Bref le Top , voilà les 5/5 sont justifié.

Un séjour inoubliable !!

Nous avions hésité a prendre des vacances cette année car nous avons eut un bebe qui etait a peine âgé de 4 mois au moment de la location. Nous nous etions donc fixé des critères exigeants avant de partir : climatisation, piscine privée et calme tout en ayant la proximité des villes. Et nous avons trouver cette perle. Ce havre de paix a réuni tout nos critères et meme bien plus chaque détail est étudié pour que vous passiez un excellent moment a 2 mais meme avec un nourrisson, du lit jusqua la veilleuse en passant par le chauffe biberon et la poubelle a couche. Et mise a part l’expérience en tant que maman, le loft est magnifique, l’accueil tres chaleureux, les hotes discrets mais tres sympathiques et disponibles. Sans aucun doute on reviendra pour créer de jolis souvenirs! Un grand merci a Jean Marc et Christine

Great homebase for exploring the Provence

We had a great time at Moulin du Val. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The studio is small but has everything one needs for a vacation. The garden with the pool is a great place to relax. St Remy is only a few minutes by car and has a great farmers market on wednesdays and restaurants/bars. It's also not far to the cities Avignon and Arles, and to the Alpilles and the Carmargue.

Kleines Paradies vorgefunden

Wir haben uns bei Christine und Jean-Marc sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie tun sehr viel , um einem den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. So ist zB. Mineralwasser, Essig, Öl, Kaffee, Tee und vieles mehr schon bei Ankunft vorhanden. Auch hat man uns ein riesiges Citronell-Windlicht gegen die manchmal doch lästigen Moskitos hingestellt. Das fand ich sehr aufmerksam. Das Loft war sehr sauber, liebevoll und praktikabel eingerichtet und enstsprach exakt den Fotos. Die Gastgeber verhalten sich sehr diskret. Man sieht sie kaum, sodass man das Gefühl hat, das Grundstück für sich allein zu haben. Hat man aber eine Frage, so erreicht man sie sofort per SMS. Den Pool haben wir gerne genutzt, wenn wir von einem Ausflug zurückkamen. Gefrühstückt haben wir auf der sehr schönen privaten Terrasse am Pool. Abends waren wir in einem der vielen guten Restaurants der Umgebung essen und haben dann oft noch auf der kleinen Terrasse direkt am Loft den Abend ausklingen lassen. Wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen sehr gut erholt. Merci beaucoup!

Tout est parfait, plus que parfait, extérieurs arborés, pas de vis à vis, très bien entretenus. La location de très bon goût, très propre et très bien équipé. Très bonne situation géo. et vélo à dispo. Tout est pensé pour que les vacanciers passent un très bon moment. Les hôtes sont discrets et à l'écoute. BRAVO

Parfait

Les hôtes sont très prévenants, sympathiques et discrets. Ils ont tout prévu dans le gîte pour que nous ne manquions de rien. Loft très bien pensé et bien décoré. Très bonne localisation. Eyragues et Saint Remy tout proches sont des petites villes très agréables avec commerces, restos et bar. Tout proche d’Avignon et d’autres destinations touristiques. A conseiller !

Entspannung pur!

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Christine und Jean Marc sind freundliche und diskrete Vermieter. Das Loft ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Grundstück mit dem Pool ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir hatten den Pool immer für uns allein zur Verfügung. Das Highlight waren die frischen Aprikosen aus dem heimischen Garten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful Private Country Cottage

I spent 2 weeks in this lovely cottage experiencing the rest and relaxation I had hoped for. The cottage is exactly as pictured but it is the gardens, the outdoor seating areas and the pool that really provided me with the perfect experience of solitude in a stunning setting. The location is ideal and the surrounding country roads are beautiful to drive, cycle and walk. There are many options for outings within a 30 minutes drive including St Remi de Provence (10 minutes), the Les Baux region (20 minutes) and coastal villages (1 hour). Many days, I chose to spend in the gardens listening to the birds, reading or relaxing in the beautiful pool. The hosts ensured complete privacy during my stay and I felt as though I was in my own meditative retreat. The property is very secure and well maintained. The cottage is compact but thoughtfully designed with everything one could need, including a wall safe, device charging cords, an alarm clock etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end choices and basic supplies. This property is a gem and I would return again and again to savour this experience of beauty and peace. It is solid high value for the price.
