Ficamos apenas 2 dias , quando chegamos até depois do horário do check -in o quarto não estava pronto, móveis velhos, sem condição de uso, problemas com gerência no local. Não tem estacionamento como informado no aplicativo. As fotos não condizem com as condições do local hoje. Os empregados são atenciosos , e o que salva no local. Não recomendo e não retornarei mais.

A localização é muito boa...

A melhor coisa da pousada é sua localização. Os funcionários são prestativos e educados, porém nem sempre eram encontrados. O quarto só foi limpo na chegada e as toalhas não foram trocadas. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções, porém a maneira que era servido causava fila, espera e o pior, os alimentos ficavam expostos pois não havia lugares apropriados e fechados para sua disposição. Não conseguíamos falar com a recepção. A pousada tem muito potencial, mas parece largada, sem uma administração presente.

Não foi uma boa experiência

Não vale o valor, péssima a localização do quarto (nos fundos de um corredor) tivemos que pedir papel higiênico, a tv não tinha controle, o atendimento não é bom, a piscina além de pequena e ter que dividir com o Day use passa a maior parte do tempo fechada, o café é bem fraco. O ponto forte é apenas a localização!

Horrível

Foi péssima. Aluguei um quarto e recebi outro totalmente diferente. Demoraram a fazer o check in porque o quarto que eu tinha alugado estava com outra pessoa. Colocaram a gente num quarto minimo que ou a gente se deitava, ou abria a mala. No dia seguinte foi feita a mudança para o quarto reservado. A macaneta do quarto estava quebrada, o banheiro com mal cheiro por conta de um cano com problema, a parede descascada. Parecia uma casa do terror. Nunca fiquei numa hospedagem tão ruim. Muito mesmo. A dona do hotel nunca apareceu para resolver a questão. Me passaram o telefone dela que me atendeu apenas quando já estava indo embora. Papel higiênico também acabou e só chegou no outro dia. Os funcionários foram solicitos e se esforçaram ao máximo para atender, mas as condições do estabelecimento eram precárias e sem a participação da gerente ou dona, cujo nome parece ser Vanessa. Acho um absurdo, o hotels.com ter um estabelecimento como esse. As fotos mostradas não condizem com a realidade
