"The apartment is on the first floor and has a view of the pool. You can see parts of Lake Hamilton between the two apartment buildings located closer to the lake. It's a 10-minute drive to Bathhouse Row in the city center of Hot Springs. We enjoyed staying here, but both the outside and the inside need some updates and TLC."

"The property was fantastic. Good space, well equipped, easy access. No issues. The only issue I had was the cleaning fee was tacked on for a one-night stay and wasn’t included in the quote I received during booking. Possibly my oversight, but it made the short stay unreasonably expensive - would have been palatable for an extended stay."

"It was a decent stay at a fun location. The place was reasonably sized, for what was offered at a lake guest house. House has two bathrooms, one (very small) shower, and a gorgeous view. If you are planning on spending most of your time ON the lake, and only sleeping in the property, then it's undoubtedly worth it. However, cleanliness was... a factor. There's a decent gap in the bottom corner of the entrance, where bugs stream in and out. It's damaged, significantly, and we spent more than a little time fighting off mosquitoes and spiders, of which there were many. When we cleared the linens off the bed, as instructed, not only did we find someone's used contact in the bed — we found a MASSIVE urine stain on the mattress itself. We recommend a cover, just to prevent that one.As a last note, the small shower knob needs to be potentially tightened, as it leaks scalding hot water, which can be an unpleasant surprise when there's few places to move to escape it.Driveway is steep. Perilously steep. Get your brakes checked before you come to the property, and make sure your car can handle a potential climb, because it'll put your vehicle through its pacesAll in all, the property is a decently kitted guest house for the price, but without a few crucial changes, it would be difficult to say that we'll be back for the price."

"Pros:Overall excellent! Great for families. Tons of activities provided, Indoor/outdoor. Don’t overpack!Sauna, Cold plunge, pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, swim dock on the river all great for adults and kids!AC frosty even in 90 tempsOnly rained once but the game room and theater kept the kids occupied and the adults happy. Cons:Check for issues on arrival and communicate to manager. Gerard, the tech, was quick to respond to issues.General issues: Freezer in main kitchen was not functioning properly. Area rug corners not taped down potential trip hazard. Gerard had to repair the ladder on the swim deck and one door handle on sliding door. Personal issues:Properly on a steep slope, so anyone with mobility issues may find it challenging. Property is new and modern so things like a rainforest shower to a remote control bidet require a learning curve. Daren the nosey neighbor is allergic to children laughing and playing in the pool. Apparently he goes to bed around 6:00 pm. (He did video us once around a fence.) Just saying,Conclusion:We have rented property both condominiums and houses on the Emerald Coast in FLA for years and except for the sand and surf this spot in Hot Springs was less stress and more fun! Thanks Tanya!"
