Clean comfortable beds, Bathrooms clean. Quiet. Kitchenette has 2 burner stovetop,microwave, sink and full size refrigerator with freezer. Also has laundry room in the facility. Guest services and housekeeping were friendly and attentive to my needs.

Clean and neat, no weird smells, the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful, it wasn't crowded during check in or check out, staff was professional, the room I booked was nicely organized and clean, tv, ac, fridge, stove top, microwave worked well, overall had a great first time experience with this place, very good for an extended stay place.

Property was OK. Had a nice grassy area to walk the dog. Building was a little run down but clean. I was led to believe they had a hot breakfast but it was nothing more than some hot water and packages of oatmeal and some wrapped cupcakes. But that's OK, the room was inexpensive and there's a Wawa across the highway where you can get a cheap real breakfast.

It is a wonderful property, spacious, well organized, enough space for parking cars at any time, well connected to main roads, and convenient for someone prefering to stay and meet people in and around Exton, Malvern, Chester Springs etc. MEGAN is a nice individual, a great staff, very helpful and jovial

Hotel location is conveniently just off the highway. Outside was clean and well kept. Lobby and front desk was clean. It is a pet friendly hotel, so if you have pet allergies they will be triggered. I love dogs, but the smell is overwhelming, especially in the elevator. Front desk manager was very pleasant. But you need to have photo of for ALL adults who stay in your room(s). No exceptions. Our room was clean, but had roaches...made the stay uncomfortable. Hotel is in need of updating furniture, appliances, repainting, etc...

Outdated and smells like smoke

The first thing we noticed when walking in was the lobby smelled like an ashtray, which was ironic since they made me sign a waiver saying i wouldn't smoke in the room. Fortunately the room did not reek. But the furniture looked like 70s thrift shop, the TV was miniscule. The room at least appeared clean. The free breakfast was a bunch of nutragrain bars and some packaged muffins, both of which were almost gone when we left the room at 9am. Disappointed for $200 a night.
