"This property is stunning. The service is well above expectations and the staff is available 24-7 and just a text message away. You are able to walk onto the main shopping pathway on Oia from the property. The hotel is very private and has magnificent views. We were treated to a very nice room upgrade at no charge. Breakfast is served on a gorgeous patio overlooking the sea and the caldera where you can also enjoy the sunset. Wonderful! "

"Outstanding location, very quiet and walkable to excellent dining and shopping options and walkable to Fira center. We stayed here last week of August 2024, front desk staff was fantastic, so helpful and attentive. Staff helped us book restaurants and activities. The caldera view rooms are really worth it. You get cool morning sun and sunsets are spectacular, fun to watch the cruise ship come and go. Was hot, but doable, the walk from fira to oia hot but lovely, fantastic trip."

"Athena was welcoming and communicative, making our visit a breeze. We came in by ferry and our ride was arranged seamlessly amidst the mayhem of ferry arrivals. The property itself is exquisite (we stayed in the Grand Villa with 6 people). The location is right in the Caldera with beautiful views. Although loud at night outside, it was quiet within the rooms and we had very good sleep. The trek to the villa is extensive given the cliff side etc. but that is a given for the area!"

"One of the best parts of our stay was the staff. Faye and her staff were absolutely amazing and always so helpful and courteous. All went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time, feeling safe, and enjoying our stay. They went out of their way to help my husband who has peripheral neuropathy and for this, we are more than grateful. I don't think we have ever had this much service. "We had a lovely stay in the Cave house. It was amazing to stay in Santorini and be away from the crowded areas. We rented a car to get around the island which was a must. The car rental was delivered right to the property. The property is very well managed and the team that looks after it is very competent. Communication was excellent and all questions were immediately answered. The nearby tavern, Metaxi Mas is a fantastic restaurant and a very quick walk. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this modern cave house. It’s good to experience how other people, cultures and countries live. It was very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the cats that roam around every where. Parking is about a five minute walk up and down a cobblestone path. Not an easy walk with large suitcases if one is out of shape or the elderly (which we are both.) Our health and leg muscles improved after our stay here. The only negative which the host had no control over were the power outages...
