"The floor in the bathroom has a rise in room 312 that the door scrapes over. Paint peeling in bathroon ceiling. It was clean with a zip around mattress protector. The window air conditioner is loud shutting off and on all night. The bed was kind of hard and pillows weren't great. It served it's purpose and was reasonably priced. I wouldn't pay more for it. 10 min easy drive to Hampton beach. Lots of good places to eat on the same strip. "

"Smooth and friendly check-in. Welcomed our pet! Bed was comfy and so clean and nice smelling. We slept like rocks! I left a pair of glasses there and front desk called right away after we checked out. Pool looked inviting but we didn't use it."
