Cleaning staff 100% best. Took care our needs. Front desk folks were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room had refrigerator and microwave and we needed it as we stayed there for 2 nights. Location worked.. about 20 minutes from beaches and Portsmouth.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The room was quite clean and contained all necessary items. Two TVs. Two remotes. AC and heat functioned well. The breakfast was served in the lobby. A wide variety of food selections were available, from yogurts and eggs to toast, muffins, cereal and fruit. Sleep quality was restful and relaxed.

Whoever said the breakfast was great... lied. The breakfast was ok. The hotel says it offers continental breakfast, which usually doesn't include scrambled eggs and meat, but this hotel did (to our surprise)... but the eggs didn't taste good & they were watery. Our first room had a gnat issue, which Chris assisted us with finding a new room to stay in! The pool is rather small, but it's indoors, so that's a plus. The beds weren't comfortable, only one ice machine worked, but the staff (except the manger Sarah), were friendly & helpful! Would I stay here again... no.

I had a handicap room reserved because I was traveling with my mom. The room was NOT handicap friendly - I was expecting a tub (due to pictures of tub on webpage), the shower doors were VERY heavy and there were NO support bars in shower or a shower seat so she could be more stable. On a better note, the staff was great and the housekeeping staff were exceptional. It would have been great if the pool area also had a hot tub where you could soak achy joints after activities.

Breakfast was really good. Rooms were modern and clean but hotel was clearly short staffed. No one was at front desk at check in and no one answered the phone do we left and tried to sign in later. Very short staffed for cleaning as well. We were there 6 nights and the hotel was good, with good facilities but I cannot give it a higher rating due to these issues.

Great staff very helpful will be back again gym is great equipment.a like squeaky but works pool great if you keep moving in not bad if you stay still the water a little cold. The room is great very comfortable house keeping every other day to refresh which is great. Breakfast is great. Some great breakfasts option I like how the fruit out every am as options. the only down side if you using the hot water make sure there no coffee grounds but other than everything is perfect . My recommendation is put hot coco out for kids so they don’t have drink tea

The signage for this hotel is very hard to see. Look for the Volvo dealership. The facility looks recently renovated. New lobby furniture looked nice and modern but was terrible to sit on. Very stiff and uncomfortable. The room was large and clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was ok the sheets could have been made tighter and not so loose. I was told coffee is available 24 hours. I am an early riser and didn’t want to wake my friend in the room. There was a sign in the elevator that said to just ask the front desk for coffee. I did both mornings. They brought out the old leftover cold coffee. Disgusting. So much for 24 hours. Breakfast was typical boring fare. Tasteless. There was also an incident that left me particularly disappointed in the hotel’s customer service. I overheard a front-desk employee speaking with a customer who was trying to obtain a refund. The employee told the customer that they couldn’t access the account and therefore couldn’t process the refund. After hanging up, the employee laughed and told a coworker that they actually could access the account—they simply didn’t want to. I have no idea what the circumstances were surrounding that customer’s refund, so I can only speak to what I personally heard. But hearing an employee openly admit that they had the ability to help a customer and simply chose not to was incredibly unprofessional. It certainly made me question how much confidence guests can place in what they’re told at the front desk.
