"The Kingfisher Chalet was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Gaynor and Andrew were friendly and welcoming, giving information about the local area. Can definitely recommend The Hare for dinner/drinks, staff there were very friendly too. Plenty of bird life to enjoy, even if the kingfisher itself didn’t make an appearance for our stay. Would definitely consider staying again!"

The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. "It had all the comforts of a home! Full kitchen, TV with plenty of channels to choose from; electric fireplace; very cozy. Quiet location, met friendly people at both local pubs. Landlord was easily available and helpful. Bedding was too warm for us. Would have liked a lighter comforter or blanket and a small bar of hand soap in the bathroom. "

"The chalet was perfect for us very clean. Everything you could possibly need. The location was absolutely beautiful so quiet and the nature around us was fantastic. Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again in the future."
