I would say the mattress in room 4 needs replacing as it completely sinks to the middle, making it quite uncomfortable. Other than that the room gave us exactly what we needed. Short walk in to the centre for a concert and somewhere to rest! "

The room i had was pleasant enough i think the property is being renovated as a runner i found running along the sea front very nice.My room also was overlooking the sea front from my window."

"I was greeted and given a glass of water whilst waiting - as I had walked from the train station with a suitcase. I was then shown up to my room and the host explained clearly about how to use the key/key fob and what time I would need to use the key for the front door when they close it at night. The carpets are beautifully deep and nice to walk on and the hotel has only just been decorated so everything is new. The en-suite bathroom is beautiful and the shower works well. "A great stay, friendly and welcoming, food choice at breakfast excellent, quality was also excellent..had just been on a cruise but The Parks breakfast was much better. Room very clean, fluffy towels little touches of chocolates and plenty of tea coffee etc. Would definitely stay again"

"Brilliant little place to stay, good for just coming and going when you need without the hassle of keys. Parking was ok outside on the road. Very clean and tidy, just no hot water in the sink tap which was weird as you cant wash unless having a shower but overall great place to stay for a cheap short stay."

"The bungalow was fantastic, very welcoming and clean. The general decor was beautiful. My only problem was there was too much light in the bedroom. The blinds and curtains didn’t blackout the room. I don’t sleep when the room is too light. But it wouldn’t stop us booking here again. The house and our stay was truly lovely. "

"This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back.
