"I was very impressed with the hotel. The name ‘comfort hotel’ is the perfect description. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful as my elderly and infirm parents required a room close to reception - not far to walk - so she changed the room for easier access. We chose to have a snack/meal before bed and the receptionist assisted with this also.
