A 4 person studio apartment located on the 6th floor of a quality building very close to Evian town centre.
The entry hallway entrance has a large cupboard and storage [hidden] open kitchen is well-equipped (washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, pans and plates) and faces the lake so you can have your meals with a great view.
The remaining part of the main room has a sofa-bed and 2 single bunk beds that fold into the wall. The large balcony is accessible from the dining area. The bathroom offers a bathtub, sink, WC and bidet.

The flat is located 250 meters from the nearest shop. The entrance to the building is less than 50 meters from the Lake and from a small harbour and shore path.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Appartement mal équipé. Électroménager rudimentaire. Dans son jus années 80. Non nettoyé avec présence du linge des locataires précédents à notre arrivée. (Apparemment oubli de passage de la société de nettoyage le samedi 15 août...) Literie en très mauvais état. Je me suis fais un lumbago au bout de deux nuits, ce qui m'a un peu gâché le séjour. Nous avons mis le matelas par terre. Appartement bruyant et mal isolé. La nationale 5 (France/Suisse) passe entre l'appartement et le lac Léman. Aucun stationnement à proximité sauf des parkings payants. Ascenseur en panne lors de notre semaine de séjour (6eme étage, pas de chance). Seul point positif : vue imprenable sur le lac Léman et balcon agréable. Globalement déçu.

Studio bien mais la propreté laissait vraiment a désirer J'ai été obligée de demander un tapis de bain car celui ds la salle de bain était trop sale ,par ailleurs l'agence Greneche m'a fourni une poêle celle dans le studio n'était plus utilisable .
