Very comfortable. Frig, Microwave ... even a 2 burner plate to cook on if need be. Love that. Desk attendant was so helpful... even for Friday the 13th and the fact the he was having trouble with some other people. I felt sorry for him but, he did awesome. Thank you ever so much. <3 :)

The check-in person was nice. I was surprised that I was handed the remote for the TV for the room with the room key. There were spots on the wall that looked like an attempt to clean up a crime scene. I can't believe how much this place is charging for such poor accommodations.

It's more like transitional housing in an older motel. The location is convenient and a lot of walkable restaurants and grocery. The room was very worn and minimal maintenance. Very loud and lots of noise all night long.

For the price I didn't expect much. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. The staff were very nice. BUT, The room was dirty. Counter top near sink was sticky, everything was dusty ,the bed coverings were very worn and the sheet had cigarette burns in it. It was just gross. We were exhausted and didn't know the area so we just stayed. I would never stay here again!

The staff was friendly and well trained. With that being said. It goes way down from there. The room was not clean. The tables, end tables and tv stand were very dirty. The carpet was sticky, dirty and stained. The police were there multiple times throughout the evening. The neighborhood is rough. I chose this hotel for convenience of the location. Never again. Always read your reviews.

The front desk fellow asked for a $100 cash deposit . I had to ask for a receipt. He wasn’t going to give me one. He said no one has ever asked for a receipt before.. I said I wasn’t leaving without a receipt. I just gave him cash.. He reluctantly made me a receipt. This is a very old motel. Our room smelt very strong of Pine-Sol. Almost too much so. Maid service was excellent! Minus the pine sol smell lol.

Room was clean staff was awesome hot water didn't work hotel just needs some upgrades. It's a shame too it's such a good staff great people to talk to courteous thoughtful polite shared great information about the area etc. It's a shame that having a good staff yet the plumbing didn't allow the water so is always barely warm the fan made a lot of noise so I'm sure the people upstairs didn't appreciate it. Just maintenance things and upgrades just points to upper management and the company itself. Maybe a disconnect or something is going on. You want to say again as my 20 years plus customer service and the industry hotel travel that you have a great staff.

The owners are kind great people. Friendly staff. We have been staying for years. We come for work it is well priced and we do not ever have run in or problems with the city problems that surround the area. The owners and staff maintain safety on the property.

Off- Freeway Hotel

The room was OK but a little bit musty. The requirement of a cash deposit was very suspicious. It is clear that this hotel works with unreliable customers on a frequent basis.

The room was in need of dusting and wiping down of surfaces with disinfectant. Tile floors were sticky, and carpet was very stained. We checked in as a couple, but there was only 1 towel.
