"This property was amazing, more then we could have asked for the surrounding views for the front and back yards were spectacular and on top of that we got to watch the sunset while hanging out in the hot tub. Beautiful wood cabin, and great communication with the owner as he stopped in to make sure all was going well and check in. Overall a wonderful stay and if we are back out this way, we will for sure book again if available."

"When we showed up, everything was ready to go. Hot tub heated and ready (a nice touch), a bottle of wine set out for the adults, and games and movies ready to go without trouble. The neighborhood is true mountain town. There’s not a lot going on as for entertainment and dining, but we expected this going in. It’s part of the joys of being in Index. There is occasional train noise, but I found it undisturbing to my sleep with fans going. The place was clean and I felt as listed. We did a number...

"This place was perfect for a weekend getaway! Super cozy place where you are able to enjoy the wood burning fireplace and the sound of the river right outside your door. Perfect space for us and our pup. Could use a little extra cleaning in the kitchen and bathrooms. Otherwise great place!"
