"Clean room and very well appointed. The staff could not do enough for you. They let me check in early and even brought dinner to my room when I requested it. Dog friendly. Parking available right outside. The food is lovely too. "

We were late arriving, rang to let them know an ETA (9.30pm) and enquired if they were still serving food, they informed us that they had stopped serving food around 8 pm, but that they would cook for us on arrival, which was ideal (particularly for a family of 4, all hungry and tired)! "We had a lovely three night stay at The Francis Hotel. The hotel is situated in an ideal spot for shopping , bars and restaurants. Our room was well equipped and tastefully furnished. "
