"I cannot fault the Meriton. Everything start to finish was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments beautiful and clean and comfy beds. Great location just near the mall, and a walk to Commonwealth Park and Parliament House. The pool and gym area was one of the best I have seen. A sparkling pool and jacuzzi at the perfect temperature and a traditional sauna as well. We would definitely stay here on any future Canberra trips. Highly recommend."

"The property itself is great. 2 bedroom apartment (interconnecting) isn't really a two bedroom apartment though. Both bedrooms can't be closed off from living area/kitchen - more a studio. Also only had one mug, one small spoon, one knife. Bed was comfortable. There is construction right outside, started before 6:30am on a Saturday and was also loud trucks late at night."

"I booked a double room without ensuite for myself. It was very comfortable and only a couple of doors from the bathroom and near the kitchenette, (microwave, toaster and jug and fridge). Large kitchen was down stairs. The bed was comfortable and the towels were new and large and fluffy..... such a treat. I never had to wait to use the bathroom and the facilities were kept very clean and tidy. I enjoyed my stay here and will return."
