"Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. Nice afternoon tea/cakes at an extra cost (~12 euros pp). Views from the rooms and the dining area were unbelievable. Had everything you could want I think. I thought the dinner was nice. Some others had more mixed reviews, but I think was good on the whole. We stayed in the hotel for our 3 night stay. Any more nights and we may have gone into town for a change of scene. The best was the staff. Super friendly, helpful, organised and just great to be around. They really made the trip for us. They sorted ski passes and taxis to/from the airport with no fuss at all. The hotel is really close to ski schools and nursery slopes, and some of the rooms were well set up for older kids (say 8 years plus). We were an adult only group, but I'm not sure how good the hotel itself would be for young kids in terms of things to do in the hotel. There were a couple of babies around when we were there, so definitely fine for them to be there. Thanks again to all the staff. We will definitely be back - brilliant stay! "

"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."

"Great service and nice staff. Was offered a free upgrade due to my mother possibly having difficulty with ladders and stairs. Convenient location next to the bus station and center of Megeve. Breakfast also had a nice selection of high quality pastries and the staff were kind. The only thing I would improve on is having a kettle in the room and better amenities in the bathroom."

"Lovely property with a fantastic staff. My bed was divine and the room was set up very well. The front desk was very helpful. I enjoyed the spa for an hour and we all loved the rooftop bar. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
