The 4 bedroom, and three and a half bath home. This makes it easy to relax, entertain a large group, and enjoy Augusta, GA during the most amazing week in Golf!

Riverwood Plantation is located in Evans, GA which is approx. 15 miles away from the Augusta National Golf Course. And the golf course for the first few days of the Augusta National Amateur Event. The neighborhood itself is well known in the community as the most sought after and well kept neighborhood in the Augusta area. With it's lush landscaping, local shopping area with grocery, dining, and shops, and lastly it's world renown golf course: Champions Retreat, you can't go wrong with a rental in Riverwood!

Within the home itself, you will find a gracious open floor plan and large bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. While entertaining over food and drinks you can easily flow conversation into the open living room and dining room. Upstairs are three large bedrooms and two baths! Downstairs has another large bedroom and bath but also bears an inviting living space with multiple tvs. Outside is set for early morning coffee on a charming patio.

Overall this home is arranged to please: 3 bedrooms upstairs ( 1 queen, two singles, and a 2 singles), master suite with a king Tempurpedic bed and master suite bathroom. There is also plenty of room for blow-up mattresses. Each room has cable TV, and high speed wireless internet.

Perfect Home for group atending Masters

Ideal location, and an easy drive down to the National. Beautiful home, perfect for our group of 4 guys. Small shopping center at the community entrance has everything you need for a golf trip - a few restaurants with bars, and a cigar and liquor store. We played Reynolds Lake on the drive in from the Atlanta airport, and Palmetto in Aiken SC (about 45 minutes away). We would highly recommend including Palmetto in your plans if playing golf.
