"Our room had a terrible smell. When we asked about changing rooms because of the smell, we were told that they were sold out. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). When I asked about the guarantee that hangs for customers to read by the front desk (it says something about how they will make it right or the night is on them), I was suddenly told that they could switch my room. They offered to first bring in a "machine" to take out the smell. This did seem to help for a little while, but the smell was back that night. We stayed for 2 nights. I messaged the hotel again about the smell. They did not offer to make things right. I paid my $214 a night, but I will not be back. Not a good experience."

"It was very run down. They charged me a $50 cleaning fee for my service dog. No where on their website does it say about bringing paperwork showing he is a service dog which is actually not allowed. All the bedding was stained and didn't look clean. I actually went and bought sheets to put on the bed to sleep on because I wasn't sleeping on theirs. They need a major remodel! Oh and as soon as I walked in my room it REEKED of marijuana! I understand for the price I shouldn't ask for much but there are only two options for this town and I was just staying one night. The man in the office was ok. He wasn't rude or anything but not very friendly either. If I was in a major pinch I guess I would stay there again but I would be either be bringing a sleeping bag or bedding again."
