Nestled in a Quaint historic town of Evandale, surrounded by antique shops, bakeries and Clarendon Hotel. We are only a 5 min walk to the town centre and make sure to experience Evandale's famous Sunday market!

- Bed 2: 2 x Single Beds can be set up as 1 x King should a couple require this - please let management know if you need this configuration)

Home Truths:

- Please advise should you need the single beds to made into a king - otherwise left as 2 singles
- Pets are subject for approval- $20 per night additional fee per pet
- 1 Large Bathroom and a small ensuite in the 2nd bedroom (no door to the ensuite)
- Parking for the markets are situated in the paddock right behind the property so on Sunday mornings this paddock is used for parking for the markets

The property was as described and provided very comfortable accomodation in a peaceful village with great ambience. The local area has some great food opportunities and the history is ever present. It made a great base for our trips in and around Launceston.

What a great find. The property is nice and quiet, within easy walking distance of Evandale village centre. The property itself is well appointed, light and airy. The master bed was very comfortable with quality linen. Definitely well worth a look if you are staying in Evandale.

Nice modern property, with some lovely character features. House was spotlessly clean, and located in quiet area in a lovely wee town that was an easy 10 minute car journey into Launceston. We found the booking process more convoluted than the other accommodations we booked. A smalll aside relates to the light in the main bedroom, because of a lack of door to ensuite, a blind in the ensuite would be a good idea and eliminate the issue.

Nice modern property to be used as a base only. No local shops open late, supermarkets are miles away pub is shut on Mondays and Tuesdays , no local servos , no local restaurants other than the pub.

Great place to stay. Would be better if the ensuite had a door on it so I could not see the wife on the toilet when I walked into the bedroom. Also, if the bathroom had lock on the door, then you could not walk in when someone was in it. The light switches in the bedrooms had little indicator lights on them that stayed on which were a problem when trying to sleep.

Having travelled extensively we can honestly say that we have never experienced such a long, invasive process for booking in and then poor attitude of managing service when the television just did not work. Owners were great and fixed problem as soon as they could but might be good to check the managing process as we wouldn’t recommend the property because of the whole process.

It may have been dog friendly but not having a gate to fence off the driveway was a challenge. All facilities were fine although not a fan of no door on ensuite so we used twin room instead. The vacuum cleaner must have been locked away so only had mop and broom to do the floors. Linen was lovely. Didn't get notification of access prior to 3pm so after phone calls and emails were finally able to get in after 4pm.
