About this property

Old Florida Charm

  • This large, 1925 classic old Florida home in lovely Eustis will hold your vacation memories. It's clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, all new windows. Be aware that there are level changes and sloped floors on the now- enclosed porches.

    It has four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and several extra rooms. There are two enclosed porches (one with a bed) and a speakeasy, plus a half acre yard with a fenced 8 foot deep pool.

    There's a separate cottage on the 1/2 acre property. It is now a small airbnb, those guests do not have pool rights, that's for the main house.
