"Room was up to expectations."

"Excellent clean and the breakfast area was amazing. Great experience overall and very close to Giethoorn. However, there are not really a lot of options or activities to do surrounding the hotel itself. "

"The location was good and very peaceful, but also close to the shopping area, which was nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the bed which was shown at the time of booking was different from the beds available when we reached the hotel. We booked at this hotel specifically because we thought there would be one whole, solid double bed. Instead, the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, with no mattress pad on top. Apparently the hotel had just been renovated and the previous beds had been changed? Both of us have bad backs and sleeping on this sort of divided bed was absolutely horrible. So unfortunately, both of our backs were in a great deal of pain for the duration of our stay. "

"Peaceful Family Stay in Nature We really enjoyed our stay at EuroParcs Ruinen as a family of three (two adults and one child). The park is quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a peaceful break from city life. Our accommodation was modern and comfortable, with very good internet, which was a nice surprise in such a natural setting. The staff was friendly, and everything was easy to navigate. One thing that was a bit unusual (but good to know in advance) — towels and toiletries aren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. That said, once we were settled in, everything felt cozy and relaxed. A great place to unwind, explore the outdoors, and enjoy quality family time. We would happily return! "

"Returning customer as i like this hotel and convenient for my purposes. However on this occasion there were noisy next room residents late at nught and this was followed by staff stacking bottles and crates almost underneath my room or so it seemed - then 2 other loud crash noises some time after midnight - a disturbed nights sleep - hope for better next visit."
