This is the first time I leave a negative review for the hotel because it's not the same good value hotel anymore.I was waiting 10 min to check in because the front desk person (Kostas) was telling jokes in German with another couple. They didn't offer any upgrade because there was no other room available even with VIP access. Across the street the Wyndham offer points for loyal travelers and it is much better value hotel."

"This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. That’s just ridiculous. I had to accidentally read this on a poster in the elevator on day of checkout. So no clean towels on day two. Breakfast was insane! Had to wait in line for 20 min. And the offering was average at best. Location is bad because public transport is not near. The shower went from cold to burning hot continuously and was barely useable. I don’t like to complain and it was mainly my own fault for booking this. I will not be back here again."

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"I had a great time staying at Downtown Camper from 3rd to 6th April. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff. The overall experience was positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with a memorable breakfast. I rate it 4 out of 5 stars."
