Great Value

I’ve stayed at most of the lodges in Eureka Springs, and the Razorback Lodge was possibly the best value of all of them. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was what you would expect for ES, a clean comfortable place to lay your head.

The mattress and pillow had some stains, but overall good for the price for sure! Quiet, no one bothered us. Staff was friendly and check in/check out was very easy. Nice, convenient location with a trolley stop

Great view! Didn't get to use the pool but it was very clean., but no pool towels. Room was very clean. Looks like a brand new jacuzzi and shower unit. Need to have extra toilet paper on hand. I personally don't like carpets in the rooms, but it was very clean. Bed was ok. Plenry of towels. A/C unit needed some cleaning. Plenty of towels

Though this motel is definitely dated and a little rough around the edges, it offered a charming and clean room. We were a little concerned about the well word door knob and lock. (They really need to upgrade to modern, sturdy key card locks.) Check in was seamless and prompt with friendly interaction with the front desk clerk. Our room was positioned along a balcony with a beautiful view of the hollor below. Overall, a great value for this area.

Nice bed, good hot water for shower and clean. A little out of date but that really does not affect the stay. Staff was fantastic when our tv didn't work, went to desk and help was there in just a few minutes.

People at the front desk who checked us in were very friendly and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant. We stayed in a hot tub room down below. Upstairs seems like an old-school funky Roadside Motel. However, downstairs it’s very similar to a state park lodge. we will be back!

This was a very clean room at an awesome price! The only thing was it was advertised as ‘mountain view’ and I couldn’t see it. But that was fine, we even came back later for another room. I would come here again ( I already have! )

They should shut it down and redo the entire place! The room as we walked in smelled so bad. The lights didn’t work in the room it was dark and the towels were not white but stained brown. We went and got our money back. I do not recommend this place l!!!!!

Chose this hotel for the location and price. This is an older hotel in dire need of updating. Mattresses need replacing. Sink drain needed new drain stopper. We had fleas in the room but it was late when we started seeing them and the hotel was full due to convention in town so we didn’t try to get a different room. No one was in the office when we left our key so I left a post it note on our door about the fleas. Will not stay there again.
