Welcome to my comfortable and cozy home! I am offering a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom furnished bungalow in a convenient location located at the south end of Eureka. This home has a living room, dining room, nice size fully-equipped kitchen, a wonderful sunroom, single-car garage, full laundry facilities, fenced back yard, and great neighbors. Located just about two miles from St. Joseph's Hospital to the east and five miles to College of the Redwoods to the south, the home is centrally located. Enjoy the farmer's market during the summer and fall in near by Henderson Center where you will also find good dining experiences and some shopping. Cal Poly Humboldt is located 9 miles north. Minimum stay: 90 days
