"Small room, thin, dirty walls through which you can hear your neighbor and some noisy device. The escape route is blocked by a cart full of cleaning products, which can be seen through the open curtain. Large bathroom, washing machines and detergents available. The toilet is neglected and there is black sediment at the bottom, ( just use vinegar) and in the shower there are yellow and white scale deposits on the walls. Maybe it doesn't make a difference to someone, but it's unacceptable to me."
"The bathroom floor rug wasnât clear at all, it is black and white color and could see hair and the white color was gray.
There were no direction on which parking to use as all are reserved so were confusing.
Also there were no hand soap, only shampoo. I think a shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are standard along with hand soap and body lotion.

"A nice medium class hotel almost next to the Old Rauma area and a cozy sports bar (that wasn't too noisy or crowded) with very helpful and positive waitresses and pub food downstairs. Breakfast was plentiful, including both warm and cold sorts."

"Rauma is a lovely place. CityHovi is not. It is a 2 star hotel. Cleaners were great. Receptionist was ignorant in the morning. Did not say goodbye at checkout. Paperwork had to be filled in despite doing it all onlineâŠ.so lazy. Basic basic basic. Do not redo,mend and believe double the price it should have been. Single bed comfy. Linen did not smell of detergent, it did not smell of anything. Breakfast and coffee ok. Do not recommend. Better hotels for better rates. Also if Rauma hotels want to rip tourists off recommend stay elsewhere and visit the wooden town as there is little else there. "
