"Customer service and responsiveness of the staff was outstanding! Manager Chris Kim was super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond asking staff to search through the garbage to find an item we accidentally forgot in the room when we checked out (they found it and had it returned to us!). The room and building are brand new and all the facilities are clean and in perfect condition, identical to the photos. We loved the gym and the convenience of having a metro station as well as several large grocery stores and shopping centres 5 mins walk away. Also super handy to have a water filter in the room and daily towel service. The twin room feels cramped with the 2 large beds taking up most of the floor space, but works great for a short stay and would definitely come back here for a longer stay in a different room layout. One thing to note: You may see a stovetop in the photos, but they are disabled as cooking is not permitted in the rooms, so you’re limited to only kettle and microwave light cooking. They also don’t provide any bowls/plates or utensils by default, but you can ask the staff and they’ll let you borrow some items from the breakfast restaurant.
Overall great stay, outstanding customer service, and would definitely return!"

"Staff was friendly at check-in. Not fluent in English, so have your translator app ready. Hotel was close to the airport and easy to get to the highway. Only a $13 Uber (18,400 KRW) ride to Gimhae Int'l airport. Bed sheets were clean and floor and bathroom counter seemed clean.
However, it is about a mile from any food options, the hallways and stairs were piled with linen, and the bathroom had a lot of mildew. There was linen on the stairs and hallways - very odd. The towels in the bathroom are all very old, cut-up towels with frayed edges from various hotels. The shower is next to the toilet and sprays water over the outlet to which the toilet controls are plugged into. "This was my favorite hotel when I travelled during the trip. It is just a diamond in the rough. Admittedly I hated the 5pm check in time and the breakfast options are limited. Yet, they offer free unlimited water and the hotel is near the airport."
