"This is a new location and they did not disappoint. The rooms were kool, the staff was accommodating, and the rooftop bar, poolside bar and speak-easy was a vibe. Definitely recommend and will stay again upon my return."

"Room clean. Bed - horrible!! And yet - I had the best sleep I’ve had in YEARS!! No lie!! Staff - nonverbal and EFFICIENT Air conditioning took ALL NIGHT TO COOL and I never touched it, but I got up about 5-6am and threw on some leggings and a sweater and went straight back to sleep!! Parking - I did not park a car here NOR would I feel safe to do so. As a pedestrian, I exited the office and was more than halfway to my uber parked across and an INSANE PERSON nearly hit (and would have injured or possibly even killed me yay) me."

"The room was SO spacious, with outlets everywhere. The room was so beautifully decorated. There is art everywhere. The restaurant on grounds is absolutely delicious! The property is not walkable to any near by places, but Dallas overall is pretty spread out! Would absolutely stay here again. I loved it!"

"When I arrived I had to wait for housekeeping to finish with my room, I then had to drive back home because they needed a physical credit card. It’s too hot to go back & forth, I ended up leaving my bags at the hotel when I went back home. When I came back I was given the wrong room. It was my first time here so when I was given a room with just a living room you could imagine how confused I was, I felt silly that I couldn’t figure out what door led to my bedroom. I was in my room for an hour or two until I finally called the front desk, they sent someone to tell me I was given the wrong room, I had to struggle with my bags again, I had everything set up already so I had to pack up again. Due to so many mistakes they were kind enough to give us a courtesy meal & a room upgrade. If there were no mistakes I’m sure we would’ve loved it but we just like it, probably won’t be back"
