"We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"This is a quiet neighborhood property and coincidentally was within 2 blocks of my son's house. Very clean and comfortable, although the bed is very soft. I will stay here again when I go to Dallas to visit family."

It was about an hour and a half to Waco where we took in many sites. And it’s only 15 minutes from the ballpark which offers a great stadium tour.
