Located in the lower level of our hilltop home, the villa offers breathtaking city and hilltop views, a serene sense of privacy, and convenient access to local landmarks like Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, and downtown—just a short drive or bike ride away.

This villa is more than a space to rest—it’s an experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the expansive, private wraparound patio, a serene spot to start your day. In the evenings, unwind on cushioned chairs with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. Need some time for yourself? Retreat to the peaceful meditation garden, complete with a soothing fountain and woodland views—perfect for reading or relaxing.

The villa’s living room is bright and welcoming, featuring a comfortable leather couch and plenty of seating. The electric fireplace adds a cozy touch as the sun sets, and the double French doors provide stunning, seasonally changing views. At approximately 1200 square feet, the villa offers plenty of space to unwind.

Private and Peaceful
Your privacy is our priority. The villa has its own private entrance, and we strive to keep our presence discreet—many guests comment that they hardly notice we’re home. Rest assured, the space is exclusively for guests, free from any of our personal items.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Modern Amenities
The bedrooms features ample storage with hanging space and drawers, plus cozy waffle-weave robes for lounging. The modern bathrooms have walk in showers for your convenience.

Well-Equipped Kitchen
The large kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Refrigerator
• Keurig and drip coffee makers
• Electric 2-burner induction stovetop
• Crockpot, electric skillet, griddle, blender, convection countertop oven.

To make your stay even more convenient, we provide a welcome basket for your first morning, so you don’t have to rush to the store.

Outdoor Living
The wraparound patio stays cool even during summer heatwaves, thanks to the home’s hillside design, maintaining a comfortable 72°F even when outdoor temperatures soar to 105°F. The kitchen does have AC but is really not needed. You’ll find plenty of seating and a dining table next to the serene woodland garden we call The Grotto.

Additional Information
• The villa is accessible via one flight of stairs.
• Due to the steep hill, we regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12.
• For stays of four or more days, laundry service is available upon request.
• A rental agreement is required at booking to meet insurance requirements.
