"Hotel is conveniently located, easy free parking, pool/ hot tub area a nice bonus."

"Our room was quite clean as was bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Food was good with a nice variety and dining room was clean. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. They couldn't have been better. We would go back."

"Nice rooms. Friendly staff."

"Staff and Breakfast are both good. But there is still a smell left from the new decoration in the room"

"Room was clean and quiet however space was smaller then expected. Cooking facilities in room were helpful. Complimentary breakfast was passable."

"Nice place. Clean and convenient."

"We encountered several issues at this hotel that make it unlikely we will return. When we first arrived there was a short but long-lasting line because only one young woman seemed to be able to speak although there were two behind the counter. A tablet took a photo of my face, even though I had provided my ID — very intrusive. When we entered the room, we immediately smelled ammonia. We tried to turn on the air conditioner to try to reduce the odor, but the thermostat didn't do anything....

"The property was charming and close to many good restaurant options for dinner. The staff was very friendly and they had a most excellent breakfast! Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was spacious and the breakfast was nice. Although it was close to the highway, our room was quiet. However it is not close to Eugene downtown. The immediate street does not have sidewalk to Denny, a close by restaurant for quick bite. All in all, it is a great place for stay."
