"Great location. Minutes from the university of Oregon and Bushnell University. Clean grounds, with various food establishments within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Free parking. Elevators if needed, but walk mostly walk ups, up to 2 flights of stairs. Pet friendly"

"We had a great experience overall. The staff was great and made the kids feel welcome. The rooms were clean and modern looking, and the balcony overlooking the river was great! Being an older hotel, I think it's a little easier to hear those above you, the first night wasn't an issue, but the second night it disrupted sleep. This isn't a fault of the hotel, but inconsiderate people. The only thing I wish was slightly improved quality of the bedding. Usually I end up leaving a hotel wanting the mattress and linens from the hotel, but i found the bed to be a little too firm and the linens to be scratchy the first night. The AC blew cold and gave good white noise, and the views are lovely, it's also very. Lose to everything in downtown eugene. We will be back."

"This is one of my favorite hotel stays in the world, yep, in the world. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. I had two pups and they were celebrated instead of being sequestered to the guest house wing of dingy rooms for dogs only. Bathrobes were comfy, big shower with good water pressure. I can’t wait to go back!"

"The room was clean, but in need of a deep clean on the carpets and the bed was comfortable but had a big divot in it. The fitness room was perfect and open 24 hours. The breakfast was good. Would stay again."
