Nestled on the shores of Lake Eufaula in Eastern Oklahoma, Carlton Landing is a resort-style community designed by the renowned team behind Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and 30A. Just 3 hours from DFW, 1.5 from Tulsa, 2 from OKC, 5 from Kansas City, and 2.5 from Fayetteville, this charming lakeside town offers the perfect escape. During your stay, enjoy complimentary access to two kayaks—perfect for exploring the lake at your own pace.

You will have access to the entire house and 1 designated parking space. There is also public curbside parking directly in front of the house.

Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. We now offer 2 complimentary kayaks for guests to enjoy during their stay.

NOTE: The "property fee" of $16/night is actually property damage protection up to $1500. In lieu of a $500 deposit that you are charged if any property is damaged or lost, we choose to go this route. We want guests to care for The Lodge as they would their own (if not better), but we don't want you to walk on egg shells, afraid of breaking something and worrying about the cost to fix/replace it. Or worse, not notifying us of the damage or loss for fear of the cost... which makes it difficult for us to replace said items for the next guest. We want you to care for the home, but let us know if something goes wrong so we can replace asap. Thank you in advance!

Great location

This location is walking distance to the water, pools, Mama Tig’s, and the Meeting House. Our family of 8 (parents, adult kids/spouses, teenagers) all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out and great family time.

Wonderful place for family get together!

My husband and I stayed with our kids and grandkids for four nights. The Lodge on Twinkle Lane is magical! The house is clean and beautiful and in a perfect location. We hope to stay there again!

Family Fun

We had the best and most relaxing weekend staying here. The house was absolutely amazing, and the community was a wonderful bonus for our teenage children. Literally everything in the community is amazing and perfect for children of all ages, and this particular home is in the perfect location for all the different activities.

Amazing Stay at The Lodge on Twinkle Lane!

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday with a group of close girlfriends, and we stayed at The Lodge on Twinkle Lane in Carlton’s Landing. This house was absolutely perfect for our getaway! The layout was spacious, allowing everyone to comfortably relax and enjoy each other's company. It was clean, charming, and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.The attention to detail and care in the house’s design made it feel like a home away from home. We loved every moment of our stay and could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. I would highly recommend The Lodge on Twinkle Lane for anyone looking for a relaxing, stylish, and comfortable getaway!

Perfect location and amazing hosts

From booking and beyond, the hosts were amazing at communication and so helpful the entire stay! The house is beautiful, the location is perfect, close to everything in Carlton. The house was super clean and decorated so cute! It's a very unique style compared to the other Carlton houses- more of a cabin feeling in a seaside town ...so the best of both worlds! Highly recommend staying at the Lodge! You will love it 😍

Fabulous Property - Can't wait to return!

Our family has stayed in several properties rented from owners, and we have discriminating tastes. The Lodge met all of our expectations and then some. The location was perfect, and the house was tastefully decorated ("rustic chic," "modern farmhouse," or "classic Adirondack cabin" - we couldn't agree on one description.) Everything was labeled, and there was so much information about the house, including letting us know what minor things didn't work perfectly. The amenities were exceptional, and so many items were supplied (fishing poles, game equipment, etc.) to enhance our visit. Our grandsons loved the fussball game! We definitely plan to return and take advantage of more activities than we did last time.

The house was perfect for our family. There were toys for the kids to play with and plenty of space! The location of the house is perfect as well. You are just a few blocks away from The Meeting House restaurant, Mamma Tigs, the pools, and everything! We greatly enjoyed our experience here and will be coming again!

Amazing property, amazing location, amazing host!

Adam and Amanda went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. They decorated for fall and even left us a bowl of candy to hand out during Halloween festivities. The home was perfect. Plenty of space, and the layout is ideal. I will definitely be booking with Adam and Amanda again in the future. A+, 5-Stars.

Perfect house for our family of 5

The house is so charming. I appreciated the low-toxic environment with all low-toxic household items. The location was great for all we did. There was room to spare, no one was cramped. The beds were so comfortable! The host was so helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!
