"Excellent location and very nice manager and staff. Breakfast was much better than average. Instructions regarding how to obtain the air conditioner controls would be helpful. It was hot when we arrived but cooled with the windows open at night. Definitely would stay here again. "

"It was not what I expected, the property doesn’t look I like the photos. I looked for an air conditioning place, and the first day, the air “wasn’t working”, the control remote was not in the room and they brought it the next day because I asked for, I have to open the window and close it right away, so the bugs don’t come inside, so it was a very unpleasant first day. The iron was not working either, and the hairdryer smell like "

"Hotel im 7. Stock eines Wohnblocks, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Trotzdem ruhig und sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Stadt und Umgebung. Das Hotel wirkt optisch antiquiert, aber alles ist sauber und ordentlich und die Antiquiertheit versprüht einen gewissen Charme. Das Bad ist neueren Datums. "Basic but it had a reasonable comfi bed with shared bathroom. Bathroom was nicely renovated. Breakfast was very simple, was lacking knives which was a bit strange. The place is close to the train station and when we arrived at night it felt a bit unsafe to walk to the B&B. In the morning it was much better. Works for a short stay. Parking can be a bit difficult. We found a place 700 meters away."

"The hotel and the service was excellent. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a hotel in Bolzano. Beautiful new hotel. Amazing breakfast. Room was lovely and very quiet. We were able to sleep without any outside noise. We were lucky to be upgraded to a wonderful suite. Thank you so much to the staff for a wonderful stay. "
