"The rooms were clean and sparse. The loft rooms were fun with kids but would be very difficult for anyone over 6’ to manage. The staff was okay. They weren’t exceptionally friendly. Very limited English speakers so made it difficult at times. They take your card to have on file for incidentals but you can’t actually charge anything to your room. The restaurant was not great. The video games are cool but good luck using them. Usually two people would be camped out for the evening at then. Also didn’t love the location. Next time we will stay in Chamonix so we don’t have to wait on the bus. The busses run every 30 mins and are almost always late and over crowded. "

"Immaculate hotel with great staff. First time in Chamonix, and everyone went out of their way to make it a great stay. Ski shop team was great help in navigating the various areas and transfers. "

"Extensive high quality breakfast buffet, clean, modern and stylish rooms, exceptionally helpful staff. Easy parking, great location for centre of town, ski equipment rental and lift pass purchase on site. "
