New apartment for 1st season rental, consisting of two rooms with full sea view, in a quiet residence, a few steps from the tourist center. The apartment is ideally located feet in the water to fully enjoy the seaside and its cliffs. A garage is available which is a major advantage for parking in Etretat.
HOUSING
The accommodation is ideally located to fully appreciate Etretat. You can discover a panoramic sea view from the main room of the apartment. A balcony is at your disposal to have a drink and breathe the sea spray. In order to fully enjoy your vacation, you can take the seaside for immediate access to the cliffs, the casino for amateurs, as well as the restaurants and the town center. The Golf of Etretat is located a few minutes walk from the apartment.
The accommodation is on the second floor without elevator. It is composed of two rooms: An open fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, Top fridge, coffee maker, as well as many accessories such as kettle, toaster ... The dining area in the main room open to the living room is equipped with two sofas including a convertible, TV and Wifi. The sea view from the apartment will make you spend a wonderful moment of relaxation. In the bedroom you will find a 140X190 bed, storage and TV. The shower room is fitted with a washing machine. The WC is separate.
The bathroom linen and sheets are included in the rental price.
