"Very clean with everything you need! Close to great restaurants and the beaches!"

"I had a fantastic 8 days in Étretat staying at the Royal Tennis. Isabelle was there when I arrived and helped me to settle in. The apartment was outfitted like a small efficiency unit with everything I needed. Best of all, it is only a very shot 400m walk to Downtown and far enough away that (except for the herring gulls) it was very quiet at night."

"We had a really nice time, the apartment is great and very near the center. Just few things before you book, as it is advertised as Jacuzzi/Sauna apartment with parking garage. There is no garage and you park on the street, when and if you find a spot. Jacuzzi and Sauna is an extra cost €60 for 2 or €80 for 3 or more people for 2 hours, which you need to book in advance (might not be available for your chosen time however). "Excellent location and appartement was nicely furnished and was a nice size. Free parking was very close but it was a holiday weekend so the town was very busy and the parking was a bit challenging. I think the price is very good but I found the extra charge for the sheets and towels pricey."
