"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Chalets de Joy this year. The property is new, immaculately clean and spacious apartments. We love that the residence has the facilities of a modern alpine hotel, with the space and convenience of your own apartment. For winter ski lift access however, it is a 5 minute walk down a relatively steep hill with your ski equipment. We decided to drive down to the gondola instead, which was a little disappointing as we were not expecting this. "

"The apartment and the service were great. We left after 3 days and returned for 3 more nights. The only concern we have is a security issue. The main door is accessed by a code that remains the same and there is no option to lock the door from the inside. We had an incident were 3 individuals have entered the apartment unauthorized. We have talked to the manager regarding this and he said that they will change the mechanism. If they will fix this security concern we will highly recommend this...
