"Staff was great! Bar was nice the only issue was the patio furniture was. Little moldy from all the water and nothing to shield it from the rain. Since it is thick and nicely cushioned it takes a while to dry so it gets moldy"

"This was my first time staying at this location and I wanna give it a four out of five stars. When I initially arrived, it was really easy to find parking. Check in was smooth and they did in fact have those yummy cookies they talked about at other reviews. Got to my room and it was pretty standard. Not in a bad way, but it's what I expected. You could tell the building is a bit outdated, but nothing too crazy. Like, it's good, but just occasionally some of the wallpaper was peeling, or the chairs weren't in the best condition.But again, it was good.It wasn't something that affected my stay. They have a patrol officer at the entrance as well of the property which made me feel more comfortable and safe knowing that there was someone out there in the parking lot. It was super close to all the stuff around the area like downtown asheville, and the biltmore estate. It was close to gas stations as well that were lit well, so overall, a really good area to stay at if you are going with family or solo trip."

"had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was also convenient and made getting around very easy. What stood out most was the excellent customer service and attention to detail that made the stay feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience."

"I could very much tell that this hotel was very well-maintained. The staff was kind and helpful. The free breakfast was excellent too. My only comment is that the parking got a little tight at night as the parking spaces were almost all filled up. There is extra parking “above” their parking lot, but just be careful to park in the correct spaces and not the neighboring business’s spaces. I had no trouble but just wanted to share. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re into craft beer, Burial’s Forestry Camp location is like 5 minutes away. Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore are close too and are easy to get to via car or an Uber. Thanks for an easy experience! You also save some money by staying here and not downtown or with the Biltmore hotels."
