"Easy check in, cabin was clean, property was well kept, owner was very friendly and accommodating, beautiful views of the lake. Thank you!"

"The house was clean and exactly as described. Great communication with the hosts. Easy check in and check out."

"“We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”"

"Really unique place. Kinda down a sketchy road, but once you get down to the cabin it was pretty nice. Cabin was cozy and modern with a bunch of great light fixtures. Cabin is clean and well kept. However, we had an issue with the lock and the host was pretty slow to respond. Luckily, we resolved it on our own. Also, it would be nice to have a key to the door closest to the parking area not walking around in the dark to the door straight into the bedroom. I will possibly be in the area next year...

"This is a cute little house. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's close to the grocery store, gas station, dollar store and a restaurant. The only draw back was no outside plug to charge our boat. We would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the little cabin it was perfect for our night in town."

"Close to but not in walking distance from Monterrey Park boat launch. Good place for fishermen."

"Our weeklong stay in Lufkin was made very enjoyable by utilizing this property, with only a couple of hiccups. The HVAC unit wasn't working properly upon arrival on a warm early Summer day in June, but the host responded immediately by contacting a HVAC tech to get things working . Everything was promptly fixed, and we had a very cool and comfortable week. (For the out of staters,Texas summers can be brutal) Unseasonal rain storms caused the street to temporarily flood , but the house stayed...

"It wasn't as I expected. Although the picture showed all this beauty there were holes in the walls and the furniture was not very pretty. I saw several roaches just small issues that I had."

"It was very clean and the host was excellent. We had enough supplies to last the week and that was nice. We loved the house but we didn’t like the surrounding areas"

"It was great overall, had a great time. The only thing that wasn't working was the ice maker in the fridge but we just got a bag of ice. One other thing was you should put at least some steak knifes. Overall, it was great! Thank you."

"No frills here but everything ran smoothly as expected during our stay."

"The space of cottage was great for a couple, very clean, and info from host was informative. The location was close to the downtown shops and places to eat."

"A nice quiet place for a family to gather."
