"A hospedagem foi uma decepção! Não se impressionem pelas fotos bonitas do site. Os quartos estão bem desgastados. Fiquei em uma suite júnior no ultimo andar, achei que era uma categoria melhor. Mas pelo contrário, o banheiro vazava água da pia devido a má inclinação, o chuveiro vazava água para fora pois tinha muitas frestas na porta, a portinha abaixo da banheira estava apodrecendo, as toalhas eram surradas de velhas e por fim por uma noite e uma manhã não havia água quente no chuveiro. E havia um elevador com as luzes queimadas. Não recomendo apesar da localização ser boa. Rede Wish é uma decepção. "

Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing. "
