"An excellent hotel. Very very clean and well maintained. The staff were the most helpful and attentive of anywhere we have stayed. The breakfast and evening food was excellent. Good choice of drinks and cocktails in the bar. Room was of a very high standard. Good Aircon and comfy bed. Shower was very powerful. Nice and quiet location. We had a garden room on the 1 st floor. There was no elevator. Well we couldn’t find it. The pool was lovely. Would def book a trident hotel again. It is better than the pictures."

"Extremely disappointing toiletries and housekeeping standards. On the first day, there were cheap local white toothbrushes in the room, something I would expect even in an OYO hotel. On the second day, there was not a single toiletry item in the bathroom. When I called the lobby manager, the only response was a simple “sorry.” At no point did it feel like I was staying at a Taj property. Very poor experience and far below the standards expected from the brand."

An amazing view of the Taj Mahal, the staff were super friendly and helped me with a currency exchange, the food at the hostel was great, I loved everything about it. Met some awesome other travelers. The whole experience was more than I expected and I would love to come back again if I'm ever close."
