"I booked Ataköşk Hotel through Expedia based on the beautiful photos and presentation shown online. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different from what was advertised.
The sauna and Turkish bath were highlighted in the photos, but both were closed and unavailable. People make reservations based on these facilities, so this should be clearly mentioned instead of misleading guests.
A hotel that calls itself a “5-star hotel” should understand the meaning of hospitality and...
