"It was like staying in a prison surrounded by the beautiful sights and sounds of Paris which you couldn’t see or hear from the tiny little box of an apartment. The wifi didn’t work, no AC, the beds were uncomfortable and the apartment was dark and dingy. The best part was the location and the horror of the apartment made you want to stay outside as much of the time as possible. I guess that’s the only positive. I strongly recommend not staying here unless you have absolutely no other choice."

"Excellent stay, very clean and quiet, very close to the metro, many very good cafes and shopping is close! Great host with excellent communication! I would definately stay there again!"

"Small but efficient place with all essentials covered. The location is central to metro and near the Arts-et-Métiers zone. Quiet for sleeping and comfortable bed. Recommended!"

"Just around the corner from the Rue Montorguel, the apartment is close to excellent restaurants and great food stores. A half mile walk to Les Halles gets you Metro connections to anywhere in the city. The apartment is small, but cozy and the staff is very helpful."

"We had to wash our towels daily in a bathroom mini machine and air dry hem on a heated towel rack no toilet paper or dish soap The women that checked us on was very rude would not return our calls "

"Very quiet and calm in a lovely area and easily walkable to many of the sights.We did find that we had to wash plates and glasses which were not very clean and with the sizes of pans provided you would struggle to cook for the number of people the apartment sleeps! However, the rest of the apartment was clean and we had a pleasant stay."

"We had read the reviews before booking and they were a bit mixed. However, in our opinion this hotel was great. We stayed in a suite that was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and even provided us with umbrella when it was raining. The location was great. The metro was a few minutes away and it was a ten minute stroll to many shops and restaurants. The outside garden area of the hotel was a little oasis to sit and relax. The breakfast had a good selection and we never had to wait for a seat even when it was busy. We had an amazing week. "

"Is My 2nd time at NOVETEL Paris-- Everything was is Perfect!! Except this 1 lady(MARILANA) Don't know if I spelled her name right) at the Bar which I had an issue back in Jan 2025 --and I let it slide This time she always had an Attitude when I ask for ice and ask for a Glass the first Night--she had an attitude like I was bothering her.. 2nd day--I ask for the time the bar closes I guess she didn't understand-and give me attitude--And stated that French needs to be spoken--I stated to her thats a Tourist area that she must speak English!! And walked away. The next day I ask Diane for ice and a glass-- and she gave it with no issues or attitude. She(Marliana) shouldn't be working with the public--SHE NEEDS TO GO LEARN ENGLISH!! Other then that I would recommend hotel.And will stay at NOVETEL Again! PROS -shopping area around the corner -SEINA RIVER right across -EFFIEL TOWER 10mins away. -SUPPLIES WATER AND SPARKLING AT THE LOBBY -HAVE A INFORMATION DESK--LADIES WERE SO HELPFUL!! CONS -POOL- should have ADULT TIME-- too mnay kids by the pool. -NO ICE MACHINES ON THE FLOORS-- had to keep asking for ice by the bar"
